It’s easy to rate good service when everything goes as planned. One of the toughest tests of customer service is when things go wrong. We are all human and I understand mistakes. I’ll be brutally honest and tell you that a big mistake happened and I was very shocked. Before I say more I want to commend Andrew for remaining calm through the storm, Edward (mgr) for admitting that his team made an unknown error that became catastrophic, and Peter for allowing me to vent in a professional manner and then going on to prioritize my case. The team stood by their word that they would make me whole and do the right thing. While it took some time they did what they said they would do, remained calm and apologetic, and even delivered my car to my home after test driving it to be sure it was repaired. Things go wrong. They do. Always appreciate when a company does the right thing in a tough spot. I’ll return with my business
