I was referred to Mir by a friend and he was a genuine delight to work with. Mir assisted me in my tires and was able to order the specific tires I had requested seamlessly and effectively performed the following services: tire replacement, rotation, alignment and balancing. By the time I dropped off my car before work, it was ready in a timely manner, as a matter of fact, by the time lunch had rolled around! Definitely would visit Eurofed Suwanee again for future services!

Eurofed automotive is an awesome place. They repair European cars mostly and some Japanese cars. The manager spoke in the most friendly tone and reassurance about the problem of the car I took there. Don’t spend more time looking for a shop to trust, this is the spot you’re trying to find. Mir (manager) truly is in service of you, contrary to the typical “rob you blind” method of the industry. The team has extensive Volkswagen/Audi group experience, and it shows in them making sure your car gets fixed beyond the visual symptoms. Long story short: Take your car here! Especially if you want a stress less experience. This is why I think they’re the best: I came in for what I thought was a water pump leak on my 2019 S4. Mir confirmed my assumptions, but also alerted me to the fact that vacuum lines typically clog with coolant from this leak, and advised that I get a few more parts while the technician was in there. The preventative maintenance would have cost me THOUSANDS in labor if I weren’t to fix it now, but I would have been none the wiser if Mir just let me go with a new pump. I trust him not to bullshit me to make more money, which from my experience is very rare. And judging from other reviews, it seems this is a pretty strong trend. Thanks again Mir and team!

While all of Eurofed’s locations have delivered excellent service, I am currently frequenting the Suwanee location because of Mir. This is the third location that I’ve followed him to (regardless of the drive). Historically, no matter how busy or shorthanded his shop was, whenever my RS3 was in his care, I always received consistent and timely communication via email, text, or phone call. Very seldom was anything left out or forgotten, and there have never been any BS excuses. I’ve also seen him working well beyond business hours with the shop technicians to get the job done or make satisfactory progress. This shows not only his commitment to lead times, but also the diligence of the staff at Eurofed. This level of service was refreshing to experience and, unfortunately, lacking at some of the other businesses I’ve dealt with. Not to say that others will not put in the work, but you will seldom find a service advisor that is THIS good at giving updates and staying true to their word. I can see myself working with these folks indefinitely.

When the dealers quote you a ridiculous price to get work done on your vehicle Eurofed is the top solution. I’ve sold cars at an Audi dealership for quite sometime. Any time any of my clients ask me where they should take their car for service, up grades, or any repairs the one and only place I tell them is Eurofed. Mir who runs and operates this location goes above and beyond to be transparent. The guys that work in the shop are extremely thorough as well because all of them are car enthusiasts and treat working on your car as if it were there own.
